About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service‑oriented Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role supports day‑to‑day operations, provides personal and administrative assistance to senior staff, and ensures the office runs smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle internal communications and basic correspondence in both Hebrew and English.
  • Support the Office Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Provide personal and administrative support to the CEO, including managing appointments, scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics for management and visitors.
  • Manage routine office needs such as supplies, orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects, documentation, and personal errands when required.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work setting.
