Technical Consultant – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Technical Consultant for its Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) unit in Israel. You will provide clinical and technical support for pacemakers, defibrillators and diagnostic devices, working closely with electrophysiologists, surgeons and hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Support pacemaker implantation procedures and related diagnostic device usage.
• Manage logistics before and after implants, including inventory ordering and reporting to MDT customer care.
• Provide follow‑up clinic support for patients using CRM devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision‑makers.
• Promote therapy programs in coordination with marketing, education and reimbursement teams.

Required profile

• First degree in Engineering, Life‑Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or a related field.
• Certified paramedic or background in ECG.
• Previous experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales execution.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of ECG and cardiac rhythm devices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for pacemakers and defibrillators.
