Israel Country Director – Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Health Solutions

About the role

The Leader of Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Health Solutions (EA&IHS) for Israel will drive Medtronic’s strategic, enterprise‑level partnerships across the Israeli healthcare system, shaping long‑term strategies and delivering integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior‑level strategic engagement and execute enterprise account strategy for priority healthcare clients.
• Serve as executive sponsor for C‑suite relationships, focusing on transformation and multi‑year collaboration.
• Deliver revenue, margin and long‑term value targets, managing forecasting and pipeline.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Operating Units to provide integrated, customer‑centric solutions.
• Develop and engage the EA&IHS organization, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Represent Medtronic with government bodies, ministries, and industry groups, ensuring compliance and ethical leadership.

Required profile

• Senior commercial, strategy or business leadership experience in healthcare, medtech or related industries (8–12 years).
• Proven success managing complex, enterprise‑level customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in forecasting and performance tracking.
• Experience leading in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew; Master’s degree required.
