SOX Specialist – Global Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SOX Specialist to join Kornit Digital’s Global Finance team in Rosh Ha’Ayin. The role focuses on ensuring the company’s compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) regulations across its worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and executing the global SOX compliance program.
• Perform walkthroughs and testing of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to evaluate design and operating effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps, work with process owners to develop remediation plans and track their implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors during SOX testing and annual audits.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on ongoing financial operations and reporting.

Required profile

• CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit or public accounting; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404 requirements and the COSO framework.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
