FP&A Analyst

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision‑making across a global manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role offers exposure to senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and present financial insights.
• Perform detailed revenue, gross margin, inventory, operating expense, and headcount analyses.
• Monitor actual results versus budget, identify risks and opportunities, and build financial models and business cases.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial teams to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, corporate finance, or a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
