Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager & Video Content Creator to grow the community around our upcoming strategy‑RPG “Tattered Banners”. The role will combine video production, community management and outreach across the main gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, edit and publish video content that showcases the game’s living‑world simulation, emergent storytelling and RPG mechanics.
• Grow and manage our YouTube channel, Discord server and presence on Reddit, Steam and X (formerly Twitter).
• Execute outreach to gaming news sites, creators and community hubs to drive Steam wishlists and engagement.
• Monitor trends, engage with players and identify opportunities to expand the community.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of PC gaming culture and indie strategy/simulation titles.
• Hands‑on experience creating and editing video content, with a portfolio of past work.
• Proven track record growing social channels or Discord communities, preferably from scratch.
• Fluent written English (native‑level preferred).
• Bonus: passion for RPG, strategy or simulation games; artistic or writing background.

Required skills

• Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar).
• Content creation for YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Steam and X.
• Social media management and community building.
