About the role
We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join Deloitte Israel’s Quality Control team. In this position you will conduct in‑depth reviews of tax reports submitted by the firm, identify potential exposures and tax‑saving opportunities, and provide internal advisory support to audit and tax teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review tax reports for some of the largest companies in the Israeli market across a wide range of sectors.
- Provide ongoing consulting and advisory services to audit teams on tax‑related matters.
- Participate in professional tax training sessions to stay current with local and international tax developments.
Required profile
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
- Motivation to learn a new field and a willingness to invest for the long term.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of service orientation.
- At least 3 years of experience in taxation (including internship) gained at a Big 4 firm or the Tax Authority.
