Financial Controller – Public Company

About the role

We are a leading publicly traded company seeking a Financial Controller to join our finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Reporting to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and regulatory authorities.
• Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and controls.
• Working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX/internal control requirements where applicable.

Required profile

• CPA certification (Israeli CPA – required).
• 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a public company.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• High‑level Excel skills.
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Priority, Oracle).
