Senior Product Manager - AI Agents

About the role

Venn builds the intelligent operating layer for residential living, connecting property operators to residents, payments, services and maintenance. It is now adding a "Company Brain" that turns partner data into AI agents handling tasks such as renewal tracking, delinquency monitoring and work-order triage. The company is looking for a senior Product Manager who has already shipped AI-native products and will define what agentic software looks like in this vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI agents and agentic workflows, including when agents act on their own and when humans stay in the loop.
• Turn real-world operational workflows into reliable, measurable and trusted agent capabilities.
• Work hands-on with Engineering, Data and AI teams on agent design: tools and actions, context and data requirements, guardrails, failure modes and escalation paths.
• Define how agent quality and success are measured (evals, accuracy, task completion, cost, latency, business impact) and use them to drive iteration.
• Spend time with US-based property management operators to understand their personas, flows and pain points.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across customer needs, platform investments and new opportunities, and align stakeholders with a clear narrative.
• Work with Customer Success, Operations and Marketing on rollout, adoption and positioning of AI capabilities.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to the product team's prototyping, research and execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features in production, ideally LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that take action.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop experiences and building user trust in AI-driven decisions.
• Data-driven approach: defining success metrics before building and measuring outcomes after.
• Experience working with US-based customers and their businesses and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional directors.
• Builder's mindset: comfortable prototyping alone with AI tools, no-code or code.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the modern AI stack: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation frameworks, and cost/latency tradeoffs.
• Big advantages: Proptech, vertical SaaS, HRtech or marketplace experience; platform or data-layer products (integrations, data models, APIs); leading or mentoring other product managers; early-stage or growth-stage startup background.
