Red Team Operator

About the role

Porsche Digital, a 100% subsidiary of Porsche AG, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Red Team Operator to join its cybersecurity team's offensive security activities. You will help identify and mitigate security threats and risks across the company's multinational organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on networks, systems and infrastructure to find vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Work with other security teams to give actionable recommendations for remediation and security improvements, aligned with Porsche's security strategy.
• Research the latest attack methods, techniques and tools so red team operations stay ahead of emerging threats.
• Provide training, mentorship and guidance to team members to strengthen the overall security posture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations or a closely related offensive security role.
• Fluent English; Hebrew is a must, German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Active Directory: trust relationships, GPO manipulation, relay attacks and Kerberos exploitation.
• Web application security and OWASP Top 10, with vulnerability identification and remediation.
• Network protocols, network security and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• OT and IoT security is a significant advantage.
