SDR Manager

About the role

Airwallex is looking for a hands‑on SDR Manager to own and scale its outbound sales development function in Israel. You will shape the outbound strategy, coach a team of SDRs and build a repeatable pipeline‑generation engine for a fast‑growing fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the outbound SDR strategy for Israel, including target accounts, messaging, sequencing and multichannel prospecting.
• Lead, mentor and coach SDRs on cold calling, messaging, qualification and opportunity creation.
• Hire, onboard, manage performance and develop career paths as the team grows.
• Own pipeline‑generation targets and use data to continuously improve funnel performance.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Revenue Operations on territory strategy and campaigns.
• Champion effective use of Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator and AI tools to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales development or outbound sales, with at least 2 years leading SDR/BDR teams.
• Proven track record of building high‑quality pipeline and coaching SDRs to exceed targets.
• Strong analytical skills, focused on conversion, qualified pipeline and coverage metrics.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with excellent communication skills.
