Retail Sales Associate – Club Med Resort

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will be the friendly face of the shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and helping them find exactly what they need. You will combine customer service with merchandising expertise to drive sales and enhance the overall resort experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide tailored product advice.
• Operate the till and handle cash, card and electronic payments accurately.
• Manage shop inventory, supply and storage while adhering to Club Med merchandising standards.
• Promote and set up commercial activities in collaboration with other resort services such as sports and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and protect resort assets.
