Paid Social Growth Manager

About the role

Join a globally recognised privacy brand to lead high‑scale, data‑driven paid social acquisition campaigns across multiple markets. You will own the end‑to‑end process, experiment with new growth opportunities and work closely with Creative, Product and Business teams to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow high‑budget paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other non‑search channels.
• Build, launch, manage and continuously optimise campaigns across global markets.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions to improve acquisition KPIs and ROI.
• Develop and execute testing strategies for audiences, creatives, messaging, placements and bidding approaches.
• Scale successful campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong profitability.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product and Analytics teams to devise new growth strategies.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, market trends and competitor activity to uncover new acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid social, user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale paid social budgets for consumer brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into performance data.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, international environments and taking ownership of growth initiatives.
