Marketing Manager

About the role

Cylus, a cybersecurity startup focused on protecting railways from cyber threats, is looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute its global marketing activities. The role covers the full marketing calendar, digital presence, events and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full marketing calendar across campaigns, events and content.
• Oversee the digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing and online brand consistency.
• Plan and execute industry events and conferences, coordinating logistics, booth presence, speaking opportunities and post-event follow-ups.
• Drive brand awareness across multiple channels with creative marketing initiatives.
• Develop and run global marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and supporting revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to keep messaging aligned and campaigns effective.
• Work with external partners and agencies to deliver campaigns, manage assets and expand brand reach.
• Measure and analyse campaign performance, report key insights and optimise future activities.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, ideally in a B2B tech startup.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation English.
• Ability to learn new domains, technologies, products and solutions quickly.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills for producing in-depth lead-generation reports.
• A big plus: experience from a cybersecurity company.

Required skills

• Hands-on use of marketing tech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and email marketing tools.
• High technical aptitude and experience using AI tools.
• Creative capabilities: copywriting, visual design, content packaging and independent creation of online campaigns.
