Manufacturing Engineer – Yavne Site

About the role

Scinai BioServices is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Yavne CDMO facility. You will bridge R&D and production, ensuring that new chemistry‑based products move smoothly from development to GMP manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer from R&D and pilot‑scale to commercial manufacturing.
• Support scale‑up activities and transition prototypes to manufacturable processes.
• Author, review, and maintain Master Batch Records, manufacturing procedures, and other GMP documentation.
• Develop and optimise processes to improve product quality, efficiency and reproducibility.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshoot process issues, and assist with investigations of deviations, OOS results and CAPA.
• Participate in process qualification, validation, risk assessments, change control and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Report project status and manufacturing activities to the Manufacturing Manager.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline (practical engineering degree also acceptable).
• 2‑3 years of experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device or biotechnology manufacturing.
