Logistics Specialist

About the role

DriveNets is looking for a Logistics Specialist to support and scale its global logistics operations. The role blends hands‑on execution with continuous process improvement, working closely with internal teams and external freight partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on‑time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help scale logistics operations to support rapid company growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Academic degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
