Logistics & Operations Coordinator

About the role

NextVision is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end international shipments and import/export activities in a fast‑paced technology and manufacturing environment. The role works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare export shipments to customers worldwide.
• Manage and monitor import and export processes, including receiving, shipping, and delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation.
• Maintain and update logistics information and generate reports in Priority ERP.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing operational needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in import/export coordination within a manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and import/export regulations.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and courier companies.
• Experience with defense‑related exports is a strong advantage.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Service‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Priority ERP (advantage).
