Senior SAP WM/EWM Consultant

About the role

Yael Group is seeking a Senior SAP WM/EWM Consultant to lead application solutions, manage large‑scale projects and support warehouse management systems. The role will also drive the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP EWM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP WM/EWM solutions for large distribution warehouses.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, from business analysis through configuration, testing, training and go‑live.
• Support and optimise automated warehouse equipment and interfaces with PLC, WCS and other control systems.
• Drive the migration to SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP ERP modules.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience implementing SAP WM, including at least two large warehouses (>20,000 picking lines, >100 employees).
• Proven experience in automated warehouse environments and integration with warehouse control systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse floor processes (receiving, put‑away, picking, inventory, shipping, etc.) and SAP MM fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM for at least 2 years.
• Ability to work with senior users, vendors, automation suppliers and infrastructure teams.
