About the role
The Junior Publishers Account Manager will support and grow Taptica’s relationships with app and platform publishers in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for managing campaign budgets, optimizing performance, and ensuring revenue targets are met through data‑driven decisions and close collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Understand each publisher’s needs and propose tailored ad‑tech solutions.
- Own the performance of high‑value campaigns, monitoring spend and ROI.
- Analyze data daily to spot optimization opportunities and achieve KPI goals.
- Coordinate with Demand, Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance and Product teams to align inventory supply with market demand.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective publishers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Highly motivated, organized and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Resilient mindset with capacity to adapt to change.

- Microsoft Excel
