Inside Sales Representative – German Speaker (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the role

Nayax, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is a native German speaker to cover a maternity leave. The role is fast‑paced, involving high‑volume outreach, full‑cycle sales, and account management for SMB and Enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities from inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle for the SMB market.
• Optimize the sales funnel for both Enterprise and SMB opportunities and coordinate with local sales representatives.
• Proactively hunt for new prospects using social media, industry associations, and other channels (approximately 50% cold calling).
• Handle technical and product‑related inquiries throughout all sales phases.
• Accurately document all activities and pipeline information in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with a high level of English.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Self‑motivated team player with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (additional European languages a plus).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred.
