Sales Development Representative (B2B)

About the role

CodeValue is a dynamic software development services company seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive B2B outreach and manage a pipeline of deals. The role is primarily phone‑based and requires strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Experience with B2B sales and a proven track record of hitting quarterly targets.
• Experience in the software development or professional services industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a large number of deals simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both inbound and outbound.
• Business‑level proficiency in Hebrew and English (verbal & written).
• Phone‑based work with occasional customer meetings.
