GTM/Marketing Instructor

About the role

TLV Business Academy is seeking experienced GTM and Marketing instructors to lead practical workshops and hands‑on BUILD programs for entrepreneurs in Tel Aviv. Instructors will share real‑world experience, diagnose live business challenges, and guide participants toward better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive workshops on e‑commerce, performance marketing, growth strategy, and related topics.
• Analyze attendees' actual businesses, offers, websites, ads, and metrics during sessions.
• Provide concrete examples, troubleshoot problems in real time, and answer difficult questions.
• Collaborate with other specialists to design curriculum that reflects current market trends.
• Potentially expand the role into a larger, ongoing partnership based on performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building, operating, marketing, or scaling a business.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Comfort with interactive teaching rather than long monologues.
• Willingness to work directly with participants’ real‑world data.
• Preference for founders, operators, or former executives who have launched or exited a company.
