Factory Maintenance Manager

About the role

Unilever Israel is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance system of its factory in Arad. The role involves overseeing preventive maintenance, optimizing production processes, and supporting new equipment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire maintenance system of the factory.
• Improve and optimize production processes and implement new production lines.
• Provide mechanical support for projects and new equipment, collaborating with suppliers and procurement.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of machines and equipment and support the writing and updating of maintenance procedures in the plant’s information system.
• Implement quality, safety, and environmental procedures within the department.
• Operate and maintain computerized information systems and support product development trials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
• Very good English, especially technical English.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, including managerial experience.
• Experience in the food industry (advantage).
