Controller – Finance Reporting & US GAAP

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Controller to join our Finance team and lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations in a global business environment with significant US‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage month‑end close, reconciliations and accounting controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
• Provide management with financial insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities and US‑based stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and ERP optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and overall financial operations.

Required profile

• CPA certification – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or similar finance role.
• Proven experience working directly with US entities, auditors or tax authorities.
• Experience in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
