Customer Service Representative – International Trading Desk

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our International Trading Desk. You will assist clients through phone, WhatsApp and email, manage their accounts and support trading activities on advanced platforms. The role offers a fast‑paced environment focused on the Israeli and U.S. stock markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to clients via phone, WhatsApp and email, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Manage client accounts, monitor positions and execute trades using our proprietary trading platforms.
• Conduct trade entry and order routing in the Israeli and U.S. equity markets.
• Continuously learn market regulations, product features and trading strategies to improve service quality.
• Follow the defined shift schedule (morning, mid‑day or evening) and adhere to the required working hours.
• Observe holiday schedules, working on Israeli holidays while observing U.S. holidays.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and demonstrate a strong interest in the stock market.
• Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Exhibit strong customer service abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Show proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
