About the role
Cato Networks, together with Aim Security, is building the future of AI security. We are looking for a senior applied AI researcher to lead end‑to‑end AI security solutions, from problem definition through production deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI security models, from research design to real‑world deployment and iteration.
- Define ambiguous AI security problems, propose approaches, run structured experiments, and analyse model performance under production traffic.
- Design scalable, efficient, and robust systems that integrate the latest NLP and LLM advances.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience applying NLP/DL techniques to real‑world problems.
- Proven ability to work with large language models and translate research into production‑ready solutions.
- Strong scientific discipline with a balance of curiosity and pragmatic delivery.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise.
