About the role

Cato Networks, together with Aim Security, is building the future of AI security. We are looking for a senior applied AI researcher to lead end‑to‑end AI security solutions, from problem definition through production deployment.

Key responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of AI security models, from research design to real‑world deployment and iteration.
Define ambiguous AI security problems, propose approaches, run structured experiments, and analyse model performance under production traffic.
Design scalable, efficient, and robust systems that integrate the latest NLP and LLM advances.

Required profile

5+ years of hands‑on experience applying NLP/DL techniques to real‑world problems.
Proven ability to work with large language models and translate research into production‑ready solutions.
Strong scientific discipline with a balance of curiosity and pragmatic delivery.

Required skills

Python programming.
Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise.
