About the role
The V&V Engineer will support the design and development of products, solutions and systems by performing verification and validation activities. This role involves both laboratory and field testing to ensure product performance meets engineering specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Execute laboratory and field validation testing, including inspection and data acquisition.
- Design, construct, and maintain test facilities and instrumentation systems.
- Develop and maintain test software used for product validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate test results into product design.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and, when required, act as the customer interface.
Required profile
- Basic experience in engineering, technology or testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute testing programs.
