Maintenance Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join Unilever’s Haifa site. You will head the maintenance department, ensuring reliable operation of factory equipment and supporting equipment upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance department, providing services, support, and assistance for new equipment acquisition or upgrades.
• Oversee factory equipment performance and drive improvements in maintenance metrics.
• Directly supervise a team of four technicians and mechanics.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer (mandatory).
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (advantage).
• More than 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• At least 2‑3 years of managerial experience (mandatory).
