Trust and Safety Associate

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Trust and Safety Associate to join its Operations Team in Tel Aviv. The role focuses on handling escalations from courier partners, investigating unusual incidents, and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the escalation process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for courier‑related queries and issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, guiding partners toward satisfactory outcomes.
• Support the Operations Team with off‑boarding and courier agreement terminations.
• Collaborate with the Support team to maintain consistent service standards.
• Interact with third parties (customers, authorities, etc.) regarding courier performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or safety‑related role.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and creative with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Leadership characteristics and the ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyse incidents and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with escalation handling processes.
