Mission Security Assistant – EU Border Assistance (Ramat Gan)

About the role

EUBAM Rafah is seeking a Mission Security Assistant to provide security and operational support to mission staff, monitor the security situation, and assist with risk assessments and travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Security & Health Department and mission staff with operational, administrative and security tasks.
• Assist in developing and updating emergency policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and conduct threat and risk assessments.
• Provide real‑time reporting from potential trouble spots and coordinate information dissemination.
• Support travel management, set up the warden system, and deliver relevant trainings and briefings.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in security, emergency preparedness, risk management or related operational support.
• Excellent command (C1) of written and spoken English, Arabic and Hebrew.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Practical experience with radio communications systems.
• Valid civilian driving licence (category C) with at least two years driving experience.
