Treasury Manager

About the role

Travelier, a fast‑growing travel‑tech company, is building its treasury function from the ground up. As Treasury Manager you will shape the vision, strategy and day‑to‑day operations of cash management, liquidity planning and foreign‑exchange risk across a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve treasury processes, controls and automated solutions.
• Manage group cash requirements, daily liquidity and cash‑flow forecasting to support operational and capital needs.
• Develop, own and enforce treasury policies, procedures, systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and oversee worldwide banking administration.
• Define foreign‑exchange risk policy and execute strategies to mitigate FX exposure.
• Prepare accurate treasury reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead strategic initiatives, provide financial analysis and advise on decision‑making across the company.
• Support the management of the global insurance portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience in a global organization with complex cash and FX activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
