CPA/Economist – Drive Financial Analysis into Business Decisions

About the role

Hamatzpen – Partners for the Road, part of the Effective Partners Group and Harel Investments, seeks a CPA or Economist to combine financial expertise with hands‑on business involvement. You will work directly with owners and executive teams, turning financial insights into strategic business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise company owners and management teams on financial and business matters, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Perform financial and business analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Support financing processes and work closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive processes from initial analysis through implementation and execution.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure progress toward business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a significant financial role involving analysis, corporate finance, valuation, or financing activities.
• Strong experience in financial statement analysis and a high level of business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead processes, work independently, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong initiative, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with executive management and senior stakeholders.
