Training Manager – New Hotel Opening

About the role

Six Senses is launching a new hotel in Tel Aviv and seeks a Training Manager to embed its vision of reconnecting people with themselves, others and the world. You will lead the learning function, ensuring that the brand’s values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness are reflected in every training initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the training strategy with the hotel’s business objectives.
• Design, develop and continuously improve training programmes, manuals and multimedia materials.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, on‑the‑job coaching, workshops and demonstrations.
• Assess training needs via job analysis, performance reviews and manager consultations.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training on individual and organisational performance.
• Maintain accurate training records and coordinate programmes for local and overseas hotel schools.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure training meets brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of pre‑opening hotel operations and talent development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt programmes to changing business environments.
