Technical Support Engineer (Customer Delivery & Support)

About the role

Mobileye’s Advanced Development Technical Team is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who will also act as a delivery manager. The role combines hands‑on technical support for pre‑sales activities with ownership of customer delivery plans, ensuring successful evaluation of Mobileye’s cutting‑edge products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer delivery plans, milestones and on‑site installations.
• Provide front‑facing B2B technical support across multiple products, operating systems and time zones.
• Reproduce customer‑reported issues, collaborate with internal teams to drive fixes, and update knowledge‑base documentation.
• Prepare and deliver evaluation‑stage deliverables and plan future software releases based on internal and external requests.
• Travel internationally (approximately once a month) and work extended hours to support APAC and US customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical delivery, support, pre‑sales or system integration.
• B.Sc. in Engineering or a quantitative field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused “can‑do” attitude.
• Valid Israeli driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Linux environments.
• Python programming (advantage).
• Familiarity with version release methods and development processes (advantage).
