Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

Join Noma Security’s AI Security and Governance Platform team as a Senior Technical Account Manager. You will act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, helping them secure AI and LLM deployments while driving adoption of our SaaS solution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact, guiding customers to achieve security outcomes across the AI lifecycle.
• Provide hands‑on configuration, integration advice, and best‑practice recommendations for our platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to channel feedback and influence product improvements.
• Lead technical deep‑dives, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and promote long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Ability to write scripts for diagnostics, automation, and integration (e.g., Python, Bash).
