Technical Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our international remote team. Based in Israel and working fully remotely, you will help identify and engage top technology professionals for global opportunities across software development, data, product, HR, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Craft compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and generate regular sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
