Technical Project Manager – Advanced Electro‑Optical Systems

About the role

ThirdEye Systems, a leader in advanced electro‑optical systems powered by computer vision and AI for drones and autonomous robots, seeks a technically oriented Technical Project Manager. The role owns end‑to‑end delivery of a complex product, from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of multidisciplinary technology development projects, managing requirements, scope, milestones, schedules, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including System, Algorithms, Software, Electronics, Mechanics, Integration and Operations.
• Drive design reviews, experiments, integrations, data collection activities and demonstrations.
• Maintain communication with customers, management and internal stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing scope, schedules, milestones and commercial coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical background.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary technology projects in a matrix environment.
• Experience working with customers and translating operational needs into execution plans.
• Experience with system integration, testing or field activities is a strong advantage.
