Project Manager – Defence Industry Power Supplies

About the role

We are a leading company developing power supplies and networking products for the defence industry. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end‑to‑end technological projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to customer delivery.
• Plan, manage, and control work plans and schedules.
• Lead projects in a dynamic, cross‑functional technological environment.
• Conduct risk management activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Lead and monitor procurement and supply processes during the development phase.
• Track milestones and tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems (mandatory).
• Experience in a manufacturing company and/or the defence industry (mandatory).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project (mandatory).
• Fluent English – spoken, written, and reading (mandatory).
• Strong engineering understanding and familiarity with development processes (advantage).
