Technical Procurement Specialist

About the role

The company, a leading logistics provider operating in the defense sector, is looking for a Technical Procurement Specialist to manage global spare‑parts procurement and drive commercial negotiations with international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement of industrial and military spare parts worldwide.
• Lead negotiations with local and global suppliers to secure optimal terms.
• Source and qualify new international suppliers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, QA and Finance teams to align supply‑chain activities.
• Analyze spend data and implement cost‑optimization initiatives while ensuring continuity of supply.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Hands‑on expertise with Priority ERP; other ERP systems are not considered.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial spare parts, military specifications or automotive components (advantage).
• High proficiency in English (spoken, written, read).
