Technical Account Manager

About the role

Minute Media is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive revenue optimization and performance across its display publishing portfolio. The role focuses on North American publisher partners and requires flexible hours to align with multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, supply, and demand patterns to deliver data‑driven yield‑maximization recommendations.
• Evaluate and optimize display configuration settings, including monetization across publisher partners.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, errors, and margin loss affecting display ads.
• Provide regular performance insights, pricing strategies, and ad‑setup efficiency reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with publishers, handling reporting, billing cycles, ad‑setup requests, and best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, revenue operations, AdOps, or media analysis.
• Experience with publishers, agencies, brands, or tech platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical field.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey data‑driven insights.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and capacity to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Google Analytics.
• Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Prebid and Amazon TAM platforms.
