Systems Training & Implementation Manager

About the role

The Systems Training & Implementation Manager will lead the rollout and user adoption of organizational software within a government agency in Tel Aviv. You will design and deliver training programs, ensure smooth implementation of new systems, and guide a team of trainers and implementation specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the training and implementation of both new and existing organizational systems.
• Conduct user training sessions on dedicated software and platforms.
• Design, build, and manage comprehensive training programs across the organization.
• Supervise and mentor training and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with HANNA4S and AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and Claude to enhance training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems training, implementation, and user instruction.
• Proven ability to develop training programs and lead implementation activities or teams.
• Familiarity with the HANNA4S platform.
