Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to own and evolve our IT environment, covering servers, networking, cloud platforms and security. You will ensure reliability, security and scalability while driving projects that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, including updates, performance monitoring and terminal server implementations.
• Administer networking equipment such as Fortigate firewalls, Meraki switches and manage relationships with internet/telecom providers.
• Implement and oversee information‑security measures, backup & recovery processes, IAM and SIEM/SOC monitoring.
• Manage enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Atlassian suite, HubSpot, Lucid) and control user permissions.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects end‑to‑end, troubleshoot advanced issues and integrate AI tools to optimise IT operations.
• Track budgets and software licensing costs across departments.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator in an organizational setting.
• Proven track record with server administration, networking, security and cloud services.
• High‑level English proficiency and strong problem‑solving instincts.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
