Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, business‑critical projects across enterprise IT environments. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, transition to operations, and formal closure, working closely with customers, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria, and maintain detailed plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams covering servers, networking, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, backup, and operations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure delivery within approved financial limits.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout the project.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to customers and senior management, and produce structured project reports.
• Oversee infrastructure implementation, migration, modernization and transformation activities, ensuring smooth production transitions and operational readiness.

Required profile

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects of medium to large scale.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Good command of English; knowledge of ITIL/ITSM is a plus.
