System Administrator – Microsoft 365 & Cloud

About the role

We are a leading energy company seeking a hands‑on System Administrator to join our IT team in Kfar Saba. Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will operate, maintain and develop the IT environment for roughly 250 users across Israel and global sites, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and Exchange Online.
• Configure and support Intune, endpoint policies and devices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Operate Microsoft Defender security tools and support SharePoint Online services.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT equipment – onboarding, deployment, maintenance and replacement.
• Participate in infrastructure, cloud migration, system upgrade and IT improvement projects.
• Assist with backup management, periodic recovery tests and implementation of security procedures.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with IT teams and users in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• High‑level English communication skills.
• Strong service orientation, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Self‑learning attitude and motivation to grow professionally.
