Graduate Frontend / Full Stack Engineer – UpNEXT Program

About the role

ERGO NEXT is launching UpNEXT, a training and hiring program for early‑career frontend engineers. As a Graduate Frontend / Full Stack Engineer you will join a fast‑paced, technology‑led insurance team, working on real customer‑facing features from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing and Backend teams to understand pain points and rapidly prototype user‑centric solutions.
• Own features across the full stack – from UI development with React or Angular, through API integration, to Node.js backend logic, delivering production‑ready code with high test coverage.
• Leverage modern AI frameworks and LLM tools to improve engineering efficiency and add AI‑driven capabilities to the product.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements, continuously learning new technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong academic background from a leading institution with a minimum GPA of 85 and an attached transcript.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills and a drive to master new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Angular and Node.js.
• Experience or exposure to AI developer tools, AI frameworks and large language model integrations.
