Sustaining Engineer – Maritime Technologies

About the role

As a Sustaining Engineer you will be at the forefront of supporting and implementing cutting‑edge maritime technologies. You will act as the technical bridge between development teams and real‑world applications, ensuring reliable operation of advanced naval systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide global customer support and maintenance, diagnosing complex system faults and delivering technical training.
• Lead end‑to‑end naval field trials, from writing test plans to executing sea trials and producing detailed reports.
• Integrate with R&D and implementation teams to deploy advanced maritime and unmanned‑system solutions.
• Author and update technical documentation and system upgrade procedures.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer (הנדסאי) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Strong diagnostic and hands‑on troubleshooting abilities.
• High independence, rapid learning agility and excellent teamwork.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in the maritime/naval sector or with unmanned systems (UXVs, UAVs, USVs).
