Senior Board Design Engineer

About the role

Join a hardware development team focused on advanced electronic systems for observation and space applications. The role involves full‑cycle hardware design of complex electronic boards, working on high‑speed digital and analog systems, applying broad system‑level understanding, and supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex electronic boards.
• Perform full hardware development lifecycle activities, from specification and design through verification.
• Work with FPGA devices, advanced processors, and high‑speed interfaces.
• Develop circuits incorporating DDR4, SerDes, and other advanced technologies.
• Support products throughout all stages of development.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces and engineering disciplines.
• Participate in the development of advanced observation and space systems.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in the design and layout of mixed‑signal (analog/digital) electronic boards.
• Experience in full hardware design cycle within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience developing high‑speed electronic boards.
• Experience working with FPGA devices, processors, and DDR4 / SerDes interfaces.
• Strong system‑level understanding and ability to work independently.
• Excellent English skills, including reading and writing technical documentation.
• Experience with space‑grade circuits or space systems – significant advantage.
• Experience with observation / EO (electro‑optical) systems – significant advantage.
