Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Specialist

About the role

A growing medical device company seeks a hands‑on specialist to own end‑to‑end materials, procurement and logistics operations in central Tel Aviv.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control materials using production plans, demand forecasts and inventory levels, working with MRP/ERP systems.
• Execute purchasing activities, manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving, counting, storage, picking, packing and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, handling import/export processes, customs documentation and Incoterms.
• Manage returns and reverse logistics while collaborating with production, engineering, quality, finance, sales and customer support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in materials planning, purchasing, logistics, inventory management or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience with MRP/ERP systems and creating/managing purchase orders.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with domestic/international shipments, import/export processes, Incoterms and customs documentation.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) for communication with international partners.
