Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Wolt is looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of its new retail locations in Israel. You will be responsible for the full A‑Z management of the store, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 20 pickers and shift leads, handling scheduling, recruitment, training, and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage bonus programmes and drive the team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor inventory, reporting, packaging and picking KPIs, and ensure product freshness, availability and high ratings.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and headquarters, overseeing order and stock management.
• Work with reports and computer systems to analyse performance and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and optimise store processes, driving efficiency and growth.
• Ensure a safe, clean and high‑quality work environment for all staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a store, smart warehouse or logistics centre.
• Strong technological aptitude with the ability to work with reports and performance monitoring tools.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Full‑time availability, Sunday to Thursday.
